In the process of OCRing records in Cloudnine Review there is a possibility that some records do not OCR (Optical Character Recognition) convert correctly. There is various reasons why this may happen.
-Illegible text not converting correctly
-Poor quality images of the records
If this occurs you can run the following searches below to pull all of the records that had issues OCRing.
For Records that cannot be OCR’ed- (Discovery Server can't OCR this image because it appears to be damaged corrupted, or is too large)
For Records with “No Text Found”, this occurs when you have empty files like for example a blank word document-
