If you are experiencing issues with loading data to CloudNine here are a the most common reasons.
Insure that you are allowing traffic to CloudNine's IP
- Site IP: 184.108.40.206
- FTP IP: 220.127.116.11
- Ports Used: 20-21 and a PASV port
Insure that you do not have any restriction on the CloudNine Discovery Client in place.
